I have owned these for a while they are a great ski. I like to ski these when there are icy conditions or hard pack. These are a very heavy ski so it is nearly imposible to ski them in moguls. In the deep powder they don't float through the the snow at all and basically sink. If you want to stick to the groomers than these are for you, but if you want to venture off and do some moguls or powder you want something much lighter and wider.

Salomon Shogun skis

Today I tested the Salomon shogun skis. They handled very well in the deep powder snow. I also skied on them in moguls they were responsive but their absolute peak was in the powder. On the hard pack they were ok and handled well for a wide powder ski. These are a great all around ski for moguls and powder but not really hard pack. They have a ful wooden core and a bamboo layer. These are definitely worth buying.
